Mr. Hawkins spent the nine years of his career developing a practice as a Plaintiff's civil litigation attorney serving clients in the areas of real estate, business, employment, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Hawkins serves clients from Northern to Southern California.
Mr. Hawkins continues to provide clients with personal legal consulting and civil litigation and trial services in the primary areas of real estate, eviction and landlord-tenant law, estates and business law, and Plaintiff's personal injury. Mr. Hawkins also has extensive experience in post-trial judgment collection and enforcement practice to assist clients in turning their "paper" into payments.
Mr. Hawkins has helped hundreds of clients resolve their legal disputes and otherwise find justice. He is a proud member in good standing with both the California and Fresno County Bar Associations, as well as the Central California Trial Lawyers Association. The CCTLA is dedicated to improving the resources, skills and services of trial lawyers in Central California in order to better serve their clients, the public, and the profession of law.
In 2009, Mr. Hawkins expanded his real estate interests by founding Brokers Incorporated Group (BiG), a real estate and investment company. Mr. Hawkins serves as both general counsel and designated broker for BiG.
